Poor serviceWe will properly probe every case to understand what was not cleaned properly, the amount paid, and the duration of the job.
 
 1. we will ask for images and after image identification 
 *we will pitch for 30 % First and if customer customer is admant pitch 50 %
 * we can refund refund 50 % on extreme cases only for REFUND_CX_VALUE from 1 to 2 .
 *refund value above 2 , stick to 30 % only .

Cancellation Policy If booking is cancelled 12 hrs before the booking time than there will be no cancellation fee . If the booking is cancellation within 12 hours of booking time then there will be a cancellation fee of 999rs . 
Note -No cancellation charges will be applied if pro is not assigned

Damage1. Ask for images , Probe properly to understand what got damaged and estimate the cost of the damage,will call the professional to confirm the damage. 
 Damage denied from professional make con call but its genuine damage - cater upto 5000 only.
 Pro PNR - discuss with Sajan 
 
 2. If confirmed by a professional,Try to pitch from Damage grid and customer is admant pitch for 10,000 twice checking the damage condition and check with your TL before pitching 10,000
 
 3. refund Upto 5000 No GST bill is required; if a refund is of Rs 10,000, we will check the bill and refund. (This is dependent on the extent of the damage.)
 
 4. In out-of-warranty cases No refund
 
 5.  we will not close any damage before Resolution .
 IMP - Burn /Heavy or extreme damage/ Very HIGH TNS Cases - we will not close on CNR
