Salon Classic - Category Shut down

We will be receiving queries where customer may reach out to us with a concern that they are unable to book/see salon classic service on the app.

Below are the questions which customer may ask along with the answers:-

Customer's Question No 1. - I am unable to see/ book salon classic through the app.

Answer - I really regret for any inconvenience this has caused you. Please be aware that this category is being closed in PAN India. Would request you to make a booking in the Salon Luxe or Salon Prime categories.

Customer's Question No 2 . - My friend who lives in the same city is able to book the same service.

Answer - I understand your concern, and we would like to let you know that this category is being closed on an area-by-area basis. You are unable to schedule a service in the Salon Classic category because the experts in your area are no longer taking bookings for this category. I suggest you to make a booking under the Salon Prime or Salon Luxe categories.
