  1. Professional shares a verified quote based on the fixed rate card after the checkup.

  2. If the customer accepts the quote, the professional will start the repair.

  3. If the customer is unsure about the quote, they can talk to a UC expert by creating a ticket for free. This ticket (namely Cx Experiment) can be created from the placement of booking until the job is ended.

  4. The UC expert will connect with the customer and professional.

  5. The UC expert will conduct a video call with the professional and validate the quote shared by the professional.

  6. After validation, the UC expert provides the correct quote to the customer.

  7. If the customer accepts the quote, the professional will start the repair.

  8. If the customer does not accept the quote, the professional can end the job on BPC .
