Visitation Charges - Refund

Visitation charges SOP: Visitation charges are non refundable and it is clearly mentioned in the application as well. Incase the customer agrees for the quotation, these charges are adjusted in the final bill.



Scenario 1: Incase the work is OOS for the partner, we can go ahead and refund the visitation charges.

Scenario 2: Incase the Booking is ended and  UC/Partner is at fault(Partner denied, charging extra, part unavailable), the visitation charges need to be refunded to the customer. 

Scenario 3: If the partner is charging as per rate card and the customer is not aligned, we will not refund the visitation charges.

Scenario 4: If the customer has accidentally booked 2 services, we can refund the visitation charges.
