What is an “AC service Pack”?

• AC will be serviced two times over 9 months (Same AC will be serviced twice at a gap of 90 days)

• User gets a discount for purchasing the pack

• First servicing will happen when user buys a pack, 2nd service can only be taken after 90 days from the pack purchase

• After 90 days user will have to come to the app and make a booking, booking will not be automatically created

How is the pack sold on the UC app?

• Customer is shown a pop-up while booking the pack. It is not auto-added, customer has to opt-in to purchase the pack

AC service pack terms and conditions 

• Same AC will be serviced twice, NOT two different ACs will be serviced once

• 2nd service can only be redeemed after 90 days gap

• 2nd service can only be taken at the same address as that of the first request

When can a pack be canceled?

• Pack can only be canceled if there are no open jobs present in the pack -> i.e. all requests of pack should either be canceled or delivered  

How to cancel a pack?

• Customers can cancel the pack themselves from their app. 

  • If the 1st request is not delivered -> Cancel the request, pack will be automatically canceled

  • If the 1st request is delivered -

• Agents can cancel the form pack dashboard.

  • If the 1st request is not delivered -> Cancel the request, pack will be automatically canceled

  • If the 1s request is delivered -> cancel from pack dashboard

In case a pack is miss-sold for services for 2 different ACs

• Make users understand what they opted in and the benefits of getting their ACs serviced two times. Benefits: 

  • Clean AC consumes less electric

  • Regular cleaning improves AC’s lifespan

• If user still doesn’t to buy pack then cancel the pack in the following ways:

Case 1: booking has not started 

• Cancel the pack request that user has created, the pack will also be automatically canceled

Case 2: booking has started and customer has asked partner to do service for 2 ACs

• Ask the customer to pay for the 2nd AC service and end the job

• Once the job is ended, cancel the pack from the pack dashboard

• Customers will get a refund for the 2nd service of the pack

• Customer will not get the discount that was given a part of the pack purchase 

• 
  Refunded amount can be checked from tranches info of bundle for bundle booking
